WHAT IS VEGAN LEATHER?
Vegan Leather is another term for faux leather, it is similar to vinyl but has a leatherette texture. It is soft, flexible and has excellent durability. Its cruelty free and printed with eco friendly ink.
HOW DO I WASH VEGAN LEATHER?
Vegan Leather Coin purses and key wristlets can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild cleaning solution. Do not use rubbing alcohol. My Vegan leather is printed with eco friendly UV ink, alcohol and strong cleaners will remove the design.
HOW DO I WASH MAKEUP BAGS ?
Makeup bags are handmade with lots of love, please wash them with care. This means either spot treating or giving them a hand wash in the sink. They can be ironed after washing to remove wrinkles. Please do not put in the washing machine or dryer.
HOW DO I WASH TOTE BAGS ?
Totes should be hand washed in the sink or spot treated. Designs are made with DTF and are very long lasting (years) if taken care of properly. Dyed Tote bags in pink, blue and green may bleed a small amount of dye when washing.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing Time is 3-5 business days not including weekends. This is how long it takes from when you place an order until it is dropped off with the shipping company and on its way to you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled if they have NOT SHIPPED. Once an order is marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please Send Us A Message

HOW LONG IS CANADA SHIPPING?
OCT 9TH UPDATE: NO PO Boxes. Purolator 5-7 business days.
WHEN THE STRIKE ENDS: For items shipped with Canada Post Lettermail it generally takes 1-3 weeks. Lettermail is shipped with a stamp and does not include any tracking info. Please upgrade your Shipping at checkout if you wish for tracking info.
Other Larger Items ship with ICS Courier or Canada Post. Please Select your preferred option at checkout. these shipments include tracking info and typically arrive in 2-7 business days.

ARE YOUR ITEMS REALLY HANDMADE?
Yes! I am a one person shop and make everything in my home based studio. Behind the Scenes videos are available on my instagram and show items being handmade in my workspace! A little behind the scenes and sneak peaks can be found here too!
Most Of my fabrics are custom printed making them extra unique. I create some designs myself and other designs are purchased from small artists.
90% of my materials used at my business come from other small businesses in Canada from coast to coast :)
HOW OFTEN ARE PRODUCTS RESTOCKED?
If i have all the supplies on hand, I aim for restocks every 2-3 weeks, I am a one person shop making all items by hand, this means restocks take some time and some popular items sell out quick!

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
We don't choose shipping rates and do not profit off of shipping costs. The rate you pay is determined by the shipping couriers and is the exact amount it costs. We use the most affordable options that we can access.
